General Shipping Policy

 We take good care of shipping out your order, most in-stock items are generally shipped within 2 business days, with tracking information provided for the shipment.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Your shipping charge will be calculated based on the items you have purchased.  At check out, once you have entered the delivery destination your shipping charge will be calculated and displayed to you.  Soon after we’ve proceed your order we will send you notifications containing your tracking information for your order.  Deliveries can be delayed during the holidays and occasionally additional fulfillment time will be required for but not limited to back order items, special orders or international orders which are fulfilled once every week. 

For US delivery - Your shipping charge will be calculated upon checkout.  Sometimes shipping charge can very when we bundle your items for shipment, at which case we will notify you in advance for your approval.  Delivery options are also limited for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and may require additional surcharges which will be calculated at checkout.

 For all international orders - Shipping costs sometimes are automatically calculated based on the destination country.  If the shipping costs does not show up for your destination, please contact us at contact@leaderbikesusa.com and we will gladly set up the order and delivery for you.  Please note the buyer will be responsible for any VAT, import duty and taxes and other fees charged by your local government.
